Man Machete son's arm,( left it dangling ) for stealing fish inside Pot of Soup ( Viewer discretion is advised)

Picture above shows the arm of a boy dangling from his shoulder. He was reported to have been macheted by his father who accused him of stealing a piece of  fish from her mother's pot of soup. Incident happened somewhere in Akwa Ibom State. Cozar news gathered that child was rushed to a hospital where he was operated on. Child is stable at the moment. We hope the Law Enforecement Agencies will swing into action.
